I am Attorney Nicholas V. Davis, I am with the Law Firm of Williams and Davis. I have been practicing law for many years and have had the opportunity to get to know Ms. Kittel on a professional level and a personal level. Throughout my years of practicing law in St. Croix County, Ms. Kittel, in my opinion, knows her way around the Court system as well as any clerk of court I have ever met or dealt with. Her attention to detail, knowing every procedure, and ability to make things function smoothly have made it my privilege to write this testimony. This type of arena is very difficult and there are many challenges dealing with many different types of individuals from all walks of life. Ms. Kittel has the intelligence, patience, and temperance to deal with any situation that arises. I make a full endorsement for Kathy Kittel for this very important position.

I met Kathy more than 10 years ago and have had the opportunity to work alongside her through her volunteering with Halos of the St. Croix Valley. Over the years, she has served as our Photography Coordinator, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, reliability, and excellent communication.

Kathy is a natural problem-solver who follows through on her commitments and is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed. I have seen firsthand her professionalism, integrity, and dedication to serving others, and I believe those qualities would make her an excellent Clerk of Court for St. Croix County.

Kathy has earned my vote, and I encourage others to support her in the August 11th election.

If you are in St. Croix County and haven't followed her yet, I would suggest following Kathy Kittel for St Croix County Clerk of Court asap!  I have known Kathy for as long as I have been practicing law here in Hudson.  Her energy, insight and professionalism will be a great asset to our county as we continue to grow in Western Wisconsin!  Her down to earth demeanor and willingness to help all participants in the Court process stands out among the various counties we practice in!  Consider voting for her in the primary August 11!  I repeat...PLAN TO VOTE AUGUST 11!

I would like to encourage the voters of St Croix County to vote for my friend Kathy Kittel for Clerk of Courts in the upcoming election. Kathy and I previously worked together at Valley Cartage. I always found Kathy to be very thorough with her work with attention to detail and responsive to other people’s needs. 

I have known Kathy for at least two decades; and worked with her for the duration of that time, from my side as a paralegal and her at the Clerk's office.  Kathy has knowledge of the ins and outs of the Clerk of Courts office, she has always been helpful and very personable.  From filing court documents, to setting up small claims hearings; among other questions I could always go to her with, I believe she exceeds and goes above what she is asked to do on a daily basis.  I know that Kathy has the knowledge and professionalism to be the next St. Croix County Clerk of Court and lead the Clerk's office under proper direction, following the law and procedures called upon to hold such an office.  I have worked with other Clerks before her and believe she could not be better suited for this position; she has grown up in St. Croix County, is involved in the community, the court systems and truly is a person of integrity and professionalism. My support is for Kathy Kittel as St. Croix County Clerk of Court, I believe there is no better choice.
